One-on-One Mentorship

Personal Guidance For A Career That Moves Forward

Work directly with an experienced technology professional who builds a roadmap around your goals, keeps you accountable, and helps you turn learning into promotions, offers, and real projects.

A roadmap written for you, not a generic curriculum

Every mentorship starts with an honest assessment of where you are, where you want to be, and what is actually standing in the way. From that we produce a written roadmap with milestones you can measure.

Sessions combine skills coaching, project reviews, and career strategy, with practical assignments between meetings so progress continues after the call ends.

Program FAQ

Questions about this program

How mentorship works, what it costs you in time, and the support you receive between sessions.

How is one-on-one mentorship structured?

You are paired with a mentor and start with a goal-setting session that produces a written roadmap. From there you meet on an agreed cadence, usually weekly or fortnightly, with practical assignments and feedback between sessions.

Who is mentorship best suited to?

Professionals aiming for a promotion, career changers moving into technology, students preparing for their first role, and founders who need experienced guidance on technology decisions.

How long does a mentorship engagement last?

Most people commit to three to six months, which is long enough to build skills, complete portfolio work, and see results. Shorter focused engagements, such as interview preparation, are also available.

Can mentorship focus on a specific area such as cybersecurity or AI?

Yes. Your roadmap is built around your target role, so mentorship can concentrate on security operations, cloud, AI and automation, software delivery, or the leadership and business side of a technology career.

What support do I get between sessions?

You get assignment feedback, resource recommendations, resume and LinkedIn reviews, and asynchronous messaging with your mentor for questions that come up during the week.

What happens if I need to reschedule or pause?

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and engagements can be paused for work or personal reasons. Terms are agreed at the start so there are no surprises.
