You are paired with a mentor and start with a goal-setting session that produces a written roadmap. From there you meet on an agreed cadence, usually weekly or fortnightly, with practical assignments and feedback between sessions.

How long does a mentorship engagement last?

Most people commit to three to six months, which is long enough to build skills, complete portfolio work, and see results. Shorter focused engagements, such as interview preparation, are also available.

What happens if I need to reschedule or pause?

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and engagements can be paused for work or personal reasons. Terms are agreed at the start so there are no surprises.
