Goal Setting
Define your target role, timeline, and the skills gap you need to close.
One-on-One Mentorship
Work directly with an experienced technology professional who builds a roadmap around your goals, keeps you accountable, and helps you turn learning into promotions, offers, and real projects.
Every mentorship starts with an honest assessment of where you are, where you want to be, and what is actually standing in the way. From that we produce a written roadmap with milestones you can measure.
Sessions combine skills coaching, project reviews, and career strategy, with practical assignments between meetings so progress continues after the call ends.

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and engagements can be paused for work or personal reasons. Terms are agreed at the start so there are no surprises.
