Refund Policy

All deposits, retainers, milestone payments, consultation fees, program fees, subscriptions, and payments for digital or professional services are non-refundable. Payment reserves time, capacity, expertise, and resources that may no longer be available to other clients.

Once work is scheduled or begins, fees remain payable even if you change direction, delay materials or approvals, pause the project, or decide not to use completed work. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate fee.

Fees for programs, training, workshops, mentoring, and consultations are non-refundable. If MarkKings Group LLC permits rescheduling, the applicable written booking terms control and rescheduling is subject to availability.

Domain registrations, hosting, software, licenses, advertising spend, transaction charges, travel, contractors, and other third-party or committed costs are non-refundable once incurred or ordered.

• You may request cancellation in writing, but cancellation does not create a right to a refund.
• Amounts already paid remain non-refundable, and outstanding fees for completed work, committed resources, and approved milestones remain due.
• Any cancellation terms in a signed proposal or service agreement take priority if they expressly differ from this policy.

If you believe a payment was processed in error or more than once, contact us promptly with the invoice number and transaction details. We will investigate verified billing errors. This process does not alter the no-refund policy for valid charges.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Any exception must be required by applicable law or confirmed in a signed writing from an authorized MarkKings Group LLC representative.
