What clients ask before getting started
What is the difference between an IT audit and a cybersecurity assessment?
An IT audit tests whether controls such as access management, change management, backups and vendor oversight are designed and operating as intended over a defined period. A cybersecurity assessment looks at technical exposure: cloud and identity configuration, vulnerabilities, secure development practices and incident readiness. Many organisations need both, and we scope them separately so the findings stay clear.
Do you issue SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificates?
No. Certification and attestation are issued by an independent CPA firm (SOC 2) or an accredited certification body (ISO 27001). We provide readiness work: applicability, risk and control registers, policies, evidence collection and remediation tracking, so the formal examination or audit goes smoothly.
What does AI governance actually cover?
An inventory of the AI tools and models in use, their intended use and accountable owners, vendor and model risks, data handling, human oversight, evaluation methods, impact assessments and ongoing monitoring. We reference the voluntary NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001 management-system readiness, and we do not issue blanket legal compliance verdicts.
What can digital forensics support with?
Authorized corporate investigations: preservation planning, analysis of supported disk, file, memory and log evidence, custody records, timeline reconstruction and examiner-reviewed reporting. We confirm scope, authorization and examiner availability before an engagement, and we do not promise device unlocking, guaranteed recovery or admissibility outcomes.
Can you also build the technology, not just review it?
Yes. Alongside audit and governance work we deliver IT consultancy, AI business automation, web design and development, and digital marketing, so remediation and improvement can be implemented rather than just recommended.
How much does a project cost?
Every engagement is quoted after scoping, with a fixed quote before work starts rather than an open hourly rate. Cost depends on environment size, the number of controls or systems in scope, and the period covered.
Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
Yes. We are a remote team and work with clients across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Meetings are by phone or video.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. You own the site, the code, the content and the documentation. We record the handover so you are never locked in.
