Every build is quoted individually. These are the factors we work through with you before we send a written scope and figure.
Catalogue size
Up to 50 products is our baseline. Larger catalogues, complex variants, or bulk imports are quoted per range.
Checkout complexity
Subscriptions, bundles, deposits, multi-currency, or B2B pricing rules add development time.
Integrations
ERP, POS, accounting, 3PL, or marketplace syncing is scoped per platform and data volume.
Content production
Product photography, descriptions, and lifestyle imagery can be supplied by you or added as a service.

Setup labor is included where listed. Recurring domain, hosting, and software charges are itemized in your quote; hosting covered by a care plan is not charged twice. Advertising spend is separate.

The build is a one-time project. Keeping a site secure, updated, monitored, and edited is ongoing work. Management is an optional monthly add-on. Pick a level and we will confirm its allowance, service hours, and terms in your quote.

Your quote specifies monthly hours or task limits, service hours and time zone, notice periods, and treatment of any prepaid fees. Response targets mean an initial reply, not a guaranteed resolution time. Unused hours do not roll over. Work beyond the allowance requires an approved quote. You can launch without a care plan.

What is included in a store build?
A complete online store: custom design, storefront and product templates, up to 50 products configured, payment gateway, shipping and tax setup, e-commerce analytics, training, and launch. Larger catalogues and advanced features are quoted as add-ons.
How much will our store cost?
Every store is quoted individually, because product count, checkout rules, and integrations change the work involved. Tell us your product range in the quote form and we will send a written scope and figure, usually within two business days.
Which platform do you build on?
We recommend the platform that fits your catalogue, margins, and operations, which is typically Shopify for fast retail launches or a custom build when you need bespoke logic. We explain the trade-offs before you commit.
Can you migrate an existing store?
Product, customer, and order migration and redirect mapping are scoped separately during discovery. We plan to reduce disruption, but cannot guarantee preserved rankings or compatibility of every historical record.
Do you handle product photography and descriptions?
They are not part of the base build, but product copywriting is available per product and we can direct or arrange photography on request.
How do you handle payments and security?
We agree the payment architecture and use hosted payment services where appropriate. Your quote identifies security configuration and merchant responsibilities; a gateway integration alone does not establish PCI compliance. Ongoing patching and monitoring depend on your care scope.
